1115 "People First" Waiver Resources
You may have heard that the New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is in the process of seeking significant programmatic and fiscal changes to the services and supports for people with developmental disabilities through the 1115 "People First" Waiver.

Over the next few years, the 1115 Waiver is expected to begin to change many of the services that The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming offers. It is important for you to know that we will continue to advocate for the best supports possible.  As your service provider, we pledge to constantly monitor the 1115 People First Waiver changes, initiate needed operational changes, and share important information with you.

This page contains up-to-date links and information about the 1115 Waiver.
