We are a New York State licensed facility providing care for children with special needs as well as for children without disabilities. The KidStart Day Care Center provides a safe and nurturing environment where children learn through play. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Our staff is committed to making each child's day special by offering a wide variety of opportunities for physical, emotional and social growth.

"Children learn best when their physical needs
are met and they feel safe and secure."

Toddlers' physical, mental, social and emotional development is enhanced in a safe, nurturing environment. Toddlers are encouraged and challenged to release their emerging curiosities and emotions in positive, creative ways through play. Toddlers have a regular daily schedule that includes meal times, group times, and plenty of time for individual play. Children and staff go outside to play and for short walks weather permitting.

Daily opportunities are provided for creative self expression, motor development, literacy, and science and math activities. As children learn to master age-appropriate tasks, their self confidence grows.
