	Corporate Sponsor, $5,000 Entitled to a full-page program ad, banner, and 2 tickets to the Arc Annual Dinner on June 1.
	Executive Sponsor, $2,500 Entitled to a program ad, banner, and 2 tickets to the Arc Annual Dinner on June 1.
	Platinum Sponsor, $2,000 Entitled to a banner and half-page program ad.
	Gift Sponsor, $1,000 Entitled to a half-page program ad.
	Consumer Team Sponsor, $1,000 Sponsor for a team of three individuals with disabilities and their coach. Receives course signage and half-page program ad.
	Gold Sponsor, $750 Entitled to a quarter-page program ad.
	Silver Sponsor, $500 Entitled to a quarter-page program ad.
	Bronze Sponsor, $250 Entitled to a line-listing program ad.
	Cart Sponsor, $150 Entitled to signage on one golf cart.
