Carnival Draws Hundreds of Happy Kids and
Interested Parents
Jackson’s Team
for KidStart celebrated their
kick-off to a capital building campaign on
October 3rd, 2009. About 300 happy kids and
families came out to Highland Park in Geneseo to
enjoy a "Kids Carnival." It was a good
time had by all and a good start to their
capital building campaign. There were prizes for
all, raffles, crafts, face painting, a bounce
house, great music and food. The weather was
beautiful with the exception of strong winds and
rain toward the end of the afternoon. Thank you
to the 25 volunteers who donated their time to
run the carnival, as well as the businesses and
people who helped make the event a success by
making a donation.
